METAL will cover the cost of shipping back exchanged product if requested and shipped to us within 3 days of order delivery.

You will cover the cost of shipping product to us.

After 3 days, all new/unworn items are still eligible for exchange, however shipping both ways must be paid for by you.

Please remember that shoes must be returned in perfect condition (shoe box, tags, etc.)

After 7 days, all new/unworn items are no more eligible for exchange or refunds.

No, you can’t edit an order once it has been placed. But we suggest you still contact us. We might be able to help. No promises made.

You should receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. A shipping confirmation email will also be sent to you in 7 working days or less to let you know that your order has been completed and will be received at your shipping address in 1-3days depending on your location.
